Delivery and Pickup

D'CONSTRUCTED delivers throughout Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. Products are shipped directly to the address provided or to the branch requested by the customer. The customer receives a confirmation by email once the ordered product has been dispatched (shipping confirmation) and once it is ready for pickup at the branch (pickup confirmation). Delivery usually takes place within 4–5 weeks of order confirmation. This is an approximate guideline and does not create any entitlement to a specific delivery or pickup date.

D'CONSTRUCTED products are available while stocks last. Should D'CONSTRUCTED find, while processing an order, that a product ordered by the customer is not available, the customer will be informed immediately.

D'CONSTRUCTED reserves the right to limit the number of items offered. In this case, the customer will be informed of the limitation by email after placing the order.

Prices and Shipping Costs

Products and prices in the D'CONSTRUCTED online shop are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory value-added tax (VAT). The total price of the customer's order, including all additional and shipping costs, is shown to the customer at the end of the checkout process. For deliveries within Switzerland, D'CONSTRUCTED covers the shipping costs for orders with a merchandise value (i.e. excluding VAT, additional costs, shipping costs, etc.) of CHF 150.- or more per delivery.

D'CONSTRUCTED reserves the right to change prices at any time. The customer's order is based on the prices shown at the end of the checkout process.
