Returns & Exchanges

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the ordered product for any defects immediately upon receipt. Any defects found must be reported to D'CONSTRUCTED without delay, and the defective product must be returned immediately.

Notification of any defects found must be made in writing, by post or
by email to suits@dconstructed.com. Defective products must be returned in their original packaging or dropped off at our studio.

If a product has a significant defect or is missing a warranted characteristic, D'CONSTRUCTED will take back the defective product free of charge. In this case, the customer will receive a defect-free product of the same type, provided such a replacement is not excluded due to the limited stock of the product concerned. If a replacement is not possible, any purchase price already paid will be refunded to the customer in full.
