Protecting your privacy and your data is important to us. Below you will find all the information about which data we collect and how, and for what purpose, we use it.

Legal Basis for Processing

The legal basis for our data processing arises from the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). The primary basis is processing directly connected with the conclusion or performance of a contract (Art. 31 para. 2 lit. a FADP) as well as creditworthiness and debt-collection efforts (Art. 31 para. 2 lit. c FADP). The various retention periods are based on our legitimate interests, in particular for evidentiary purposes (Art. 31 para. 1 FADP). Their duration is governed by the applicable statutory provisions in each case.

Categories of Personal Data

We process, in particular, the following categories of personal data, depending on the purpose for which we process them:

  • Contact details (e.g. name, address, phone number, email);
  • Customer detail information (e.g. measurements, payment information);
  • Information relating to marketing services (e.g. newsletter management);
  • Employee data (e.g. salary, social security details, accounting data);
  • Application management (e.g. CV, diplomas, certificates, reference information)
  • Information relating to financial relationships (e.g. bank account details, accounting data);

Purpose of Data Processing

In the course of our activity as the operator of an online shop, various categories of personal data are processed for various purposes. Your personal data is processed, among other things, for the following purposes:

Conclusion and performance of the contractual relationship: Your personal data is primarily processed in connection with the conclusion and performance of contractual relationships with customers and business partners. This includes all services we offer as well as individually agreed services, in particular the online sale of clothing.

Communication: We process your personal data in order to be able to contact you and third parties via means of communication (email, telephone, letter).

Marketing and advertising services: We process your personal data for marketing and advertising purposes.

Administration: We process your personal data for administrative purposes. This mainly includes processing for invoicing and accounting or other related administrative services. We also reserve the right to obtain additional data from third parties where this appears appropriate to us. This mainly relates to creditworthiness checks and fraud prevention.

Application management: We process your personal data if you apply to us for a position or if your application has been included in our talent pool. The data is processed to carry out the application process and with a view to filling and taking up a new position.

Operation and analysis of the website: When you access our websites, data is stored in log files. This usage data forms the basis for statistical, anonymous evaluations, so that trends can be identified which allow us to improve our offerings accordingly. We also process your data to the extent technically necessary to establish the connection you have requested and to deliver the requested content.

Disclosure of Personal Data

We treat your personal data as strictly confidential. However, your personal data may be disclosed to third parties if:

  • you have given your consent to this,
  • the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you,
  • the processing is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation, or
  • the processing is necessary to safeguard legitimate interests and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest deserving protection in not having your data disclosed.

To fulfil our obligations, we may disclose your personal data to processors in the following categories:

  • Communication service providers;
  • Online shop services;
  • Accounting, auditors, fiduciaries, financial service providers;
  • Specialists, reference agencies, professional associations, partner companies;
  • Government authorities, debt collection agencies, courts, legal representatives;

Except as otherwise agreed with you, we only work with processors that provide sufficient data protection and data security guarantees under an FDPIC adequacy decision, contract, or privacy policy, or that are subject to confidentiality obligations.

Your data is processed both domestically and abroad. Data processing, in particular the location of the data, is limited to countries with an adequate level of protection, subject to your consent.

Duration of Processing

We store your data for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes set out here, or in accordance with the retention periods required under tax and commercial law. Once the respective purpose no longer applies, or the relevant period has expired, we delete or anonymize your data unless you have consented to its further processing and use.

Application documents from job applicants are scanned and returned. The data is deleted no later than three months after the decision on filling a position has been made. Data processing within an employment relationship is subject to the applicable contractual provisions.

Your Rights as a Data Subject

As a data subject, you have various rights in connection with our processing of your data. At any time, you may request information about your data, have inaccurate personal data corrected, request the deletion of your personal data, restrict the processing of your personal data — where we are not yet permitted to delete your data due to statutory obligations — object to the processing of your data, or request that your personal data be transferred to another controller.

When you contact us, we reserve the right to verify your identity (e.g. with a copy of an identity document). If handling your request involves disproportionate effort, we may also charge you a cost contribution of up to CHF 300.00. You would be informed of this in advance.

Our response will be provided, to the extent the relevant information is available, electronically in PDF format. Otherwise, you will be informed that we do not process any data about you. Your request and our response will be kept on file with us for two years and then deleted. For evidentiary purposes, your request remains noted in our records for the general statutory limitation period (with only your name, date, and manner of resolution).

If you have given us your consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for you at any time.

You can contact us directly using the contact form available on our website. The personal data you transmit to us is processed by us and stored for the purpose of handling your enquiry. By using the contact form, you consent to the processing of the personal data you provide.
